Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Davis Malaysia Sdn Bhd. We are a reputable manufacturer complying to ISO 9001:2015.

Returns

1. Goods are under warranty for a period of 30 days from delivery date against any defect in construction.
2. To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received.
3. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund

All products sold are not refundable. However, Davis at its sole discretion may request for the product to be returned to its factory for further quality inspection. Once we have received the product, we will notify you that we have received your returned product. Upon inspection, we shall notify you of the status of your refund and issue a Quality Inspection report.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the item to you. You will receive the item within 7 working days after the item has been received and inspected at our end.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
